For a long time, my professional life was completely defined by logic, code, and digital architecture. As a web developer and entrepreneur, my daily world was about creating structure, solving complex technical puzzles, and helping businesses establish their presence online. I loved the precision of it, but over time, I noticed a pattern—not just in the systems I built, but in the people behind them.
In our modern, hyper-connected world, we spend so much time “in our heads” or staring at screens that we completely disconnect from our bodies and our environments. This realization led me on a personal quest for balance, which ultimately introduced me to the profound practice of Usui Reiki and energy healing.
